Job Description Employment Senior Associate Location : Cardiff Salary : £80,000 - £95,000 per annum (DOE) We are looking for a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer to join our client's Cardiff office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading national firm, advising on a wide range of employment law matters for a diverse client base. The Role Handle high-value employment cases, including tribunal claims and workplace investigations. Provide expert advice on TUPE, restructuring, redundancy, and employee relations. Draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. Build and develop strong client relationships, contributing to business growth. Stay up to date with employment legislation, ensuring clients remain compliant. Play a leadership role in mentoring junior lawyers. About You 6 years PQE in employment law, ideally from a City or national firm. Experience managing complex employment law matters. Strong technical and negotiation skills. A commercially minded solicitor with excellent client management skills.
