We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Commercial Manager to drive commercial growth and lead our digital platforms. As a small, hands-on team, we embrace a “no job is beneath me, I am capable of everything” attitude, where everyone wears multiple hats to make things happen. Responsibilities
1. Commercial Growth Strategy
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution channel account managers.
* Negotiate contracts, commissions, and promotional opportunities to optimise revenue.
* Analyse sales and operational data to identify opportunities for growth, improved pricing strategies, and innovative meal deals.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the profitability of menu offerings, leveraging customer insights and market trends.
1. Distribution Channel & Performance Management
* Manage and optimise key distribution channels, including third-party delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Feedr, Just Eat for Business) and the Point of Sale (POS) system.
* Oversee menu management, pricing, and promotional strategies across these platforms.
* Develop and oversee project plans for implementing changes, ensuring smooth execution.
* Work closely with external partners to improve platform performance and resolve any operational issues
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree.
* Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant field, ideally in food delivery, sales, commercial strategy, or a related sector (e.g., Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Vita Mojo). Hospitality experience is a plus but not essential. Experience in a data analyst role or working with sales performance data would be a significant advantage.
* Commercial & Sales Expertise: Proven experience driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
* Data-Driven Thinker: Comfortable working with sales and operational data to identify trends and drive business decisions.
* Strategic & Analytical: Adept at identifying growth opportunities and transforming insights into actionable plans.
* Hands-On Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment with a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to tackle diverse responsibilities.
