Not Just Travel is looking for an energetic, charismatic Business Development Manager (Coach) who wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of our consultants to not only smash their business and financial goals but to achieve their lifestyle aspirations too.

So what’s it all about?
Our BDMs are a fundamental part of our business. You’ll be wearing many crucial hats – all at the same time! You’ll be a:
1. Clever coach: What you don’t know about the travel industry isn’t worth knowing and you’ll be passing this on to your team of TCs. You’ll help them identify the right supplier, guide them through technology, and coach them to build confidence in finding customers.
2. Business advisor: You’ll teach your TCs to recognize business opportunities, spot market gaps, and set clear, step-by-step strategies to surpass their goals.
3. Savvy sales person: You excel in closing deals and will teach your TCs to maximize customer engagement and drive up average booking value.
4. Magical marketeer: You’ll collaborate with our marketing team to ensure your TCs have the tools they need to promote their business effectively.
5. Customer service guru: You’ll ensure your TCs provide an exceptional Not Just Travel experience and maintain high standards.
6. Data analyst: You’ll track progress and performance of your TCs, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback.
Flexibility: You set your own timetable. You’ll be based from home, making occasional visits to NJT towers in Bournemouth, joining us on one of our legendary overseas training retreats or catching up with one of your TCs. You’ll be left alone to manage your own diary, but bear in mind TCs may want your support during evenings and weekends.

Required Skills and Experience
1. Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals to achieve their goals.
2. Experience in achieving sales targets within the travel industry.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Experience leading and motivating teams in a sales management or regional manager role.
6. Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
7. Strong organisational and time management skills.
8. Familiarity with relevant technology tools and social media platforms.
9. Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
10. Experience providing exceptional customer service.
11. A self-motivated and proactive approach.
12. In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and its products.
13. Experience running your own business successfully.
14. Experience in generating leads through various marketing channels.
15. A recognised professional coaching qualification, such as ILM level 5 or similar.
