Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Lead Bartender & Floor Supervisor to oversee nightly bar operations while acting as a floor manager, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. This hybrid role requires expertise in craft cocktails, team leadership, and operational problem-solving. You’ll manage staff, uphold quality standards, and drive revenue—all while working hands-on behind the bar.
Responsibilities
1. Supervisory Duties:
* Act as the shift lead for FOH staff (servers, bartenders, support), delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
* Train and mentor bartenders/servers on cocktails, service standards, and POS systems.
* Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when needed.
* Enforce health/safety protocols, alcohol compliance (checking IDs), and inventory controls.
* Oversee opening/closing procedures, including cash handling, tip-outs, and shift reports.
1. Bartending Duties:
* Craft elevated cocktails with precision, following recipes and innovating seasonal offerings.
* Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and prep (syrups, infusions, batching).
* Provide engaging service, guide guests through beverage menus, and process payments.
* Collaborate with management on inventory orders, menu updates, and staff scheduling.
Qualifications
Required:
* 3+ years bartending in a high-volume craft cocktail environment.
* 1+ years supervisory experience (e.g., bar lead, FOH manager, or shift runner).
* TIPS Certified and deep knowledge of alcohol laws/regulations.
* Proficiency in POS systems (Toast, Aloha, etc.) and bar management tools.
* Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead under pressure.
* Flexible schedule—must work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with inventory software and scheduling tools.
* Passion for mixology trends and beverage program development.
* Strong financial acumen (labor costs, sales targets, waste reduction).

Pay Rate: $17/hr
