What you’ll be doing:
* Take full responsibility for managing the parts department and staff
* Ensure company policies are followed at all times
* Implement processes and procedures, to ensure the department operates efficiently and to the highest standards, maintaining all
aspects of health and safety policies
* Control purchasing, stock levels, prepare budgets for the department whilst monitoring performance figures, statistics, and
plans
Skills required:
* Previous experience in managing an automotive parts department is essential
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
* Ability to lead a team and follow procedures
* Proficient IT skills with high levels of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
* A Full driving licence is preferred although not essential
