As our new Data & Impact Analyst, you will play a central role in coordinating and managing Equifax’s Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) reporting, coordinating data collation efforts across several business functions and working with our supplier management and audit teams. You will be a key part of the wider virtual Equifax ESG team driving key strategic projects and Equifax’s ESG governance forum, leading innovation in reporting and industry-wide metric development as well as telling the story to our colleagues and corporate partners.
Reporting to the Social Innovation and Sustainability Manager, you will be part of the wider virtual ESG team driving key strategic projects and Equifax’s ESG forum where you will support the reporting and development of our newly-established KPIs.
What you’ll do
1. Manage and process key impact metrics and KPIs through Thrive Corporate, Social Responsibility (CSR) portal.
2. Gather and validate impact data for ESG initiatives across consumer, community, colleague and corporate partners, making recommendations for improvements and working with compliance on evolving statutory disclosure requirements.
3. Ensure data reporting accuracy through quality checks and audit process, identifying trends and anomalies through analysis.
4. Create the impact dashboard for Equifax to demonstrate performance against targets and KPIs to report internally and to clients.
5. Lead Equifax’s metric innovation with Thrive CSR and Impact Evaluation Standard to improve measurement of social impact within the industry.
6. Support the drafting of the Annual Report, ESG Report, Client Reports and other relevant company reports utilising social value data and KPIs, engaging directly with stakeholders to bring reporting and insights to life.
7. Support in delivering regular ESG governance and reporting; including collation of ESG forum materials (meeting packs, MI reporting, action tracking, minute-taking, etc.).
8. Participate in regulatory, client and internal audits, supporting audit progress and corrective actions for measurement or metrics.

3. Be a self-starter having managed multiple projects adhering to tight deadlines.
4. Have presented to and engaged clients in data and metrics.
What could set you apart
1. Experience in delivery of social value programmes (such as volunteering or skills development), Social Value or ESG metric development or environmental disclosure reporting.
2. Knowledge of existing and emerging ESG and social value measurement and reporting frameworks.
3. Knowledge of statutory disclosure trends.
4. Experience in working with or building audit frameworks.
