Job Description
Linear Design & Construct is seeking a motivated individual to join their team. This role involves supporting the management of supply chain details, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all relevant documentation is current.
Responsibilities
* Uploading drawings/specifications from the design team/supply chain.
* Assist with management of supply chain details & records and ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date.
* Inputting to Linear Group Sustainability Targets & Objectives.
* Supporting delivery of CSR/KPI requirements agreed upon at tender.
* Gathering evidence to submit to the client.
* Working with local communities delivering social value.
* Support the site projects with CCS audits.
* Provide support to Project teams as required.
* Site Set Up / Best Practices.
* Assist in the collation and management of project documentation.
* Supporting project teams to comply with internal audits.
* Provide document management support to project teams.
* Processing and management of paperwork in a confidential manner.
* Using in-house systems to transfer and retrieve data as necessary.
* Assist with maintaining in-house systems with up to date relevant information.
* Assist, where appropriate, with tasks being carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, and reporting issues as they arise.
* Travel between the business unit projects.

Core Business Skills/Experience or Qualifications
* Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred).

* Problem-solving skills.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Driving License required or currently taking test, travel between the business unit to live projects.
Job Type: Full-time
