What you'll be doing:
* You'll have the opportunity to change how production is carried out within our facilities, influencing change, establishing and owning all requirements for a new Production Line Operating Model for existing and new facilities.
* You will be able to bring forward fresh, innovative ideas for Process Improvement, while retaining appreciation for the current way of work within the production line.
* Using your knowledge and expertise to support business cases for operations improvements.
* Deploying new industrial capabilities and technologies and becoming Future Subject Matter Experts for areas throughout the new business.
* Building and managing relationships with facility owners and Contractors, Networking / Interfacing cross function.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
* HNC with extensive Engineering / Operations experience OR appropriate degree with some Engineering / Operations experience.
* Experience of Engineering oversight to major projects, oversight of facility configuration and management of system / facility health.
* Experience in facility and site management / process mapping.
* People management and networking experience.
