A passionate and motivated Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in a luxury hotel in Dorset. The ideal candidate has a strong background in a culinary environment with over 2 years of experience.
* Assisting in the preparation and production of menus
* Preparing all dishes to the required standard and specification
* Maintaining high health and safety standards
* Being responsible for securing the kitchen when on late duty
* Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
