We are working with one of our key UK clients, who are looking to appoint a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator into their HR team in Newcastle, to play a crucial role in supporting both experienced and graduate hire programmes. Client Details My client is a leading professional services firm. Description Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the HR team to manage recruitment processes for experienced and graduate roles Serve as the primary liaison between candidates, recruitment suppliers, and the internal Recruitment Manager Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring the appropriate testing approaches are applied Obtain and consolidate feedback and test results, while invigilating testing environments Organise and lead candidate introduction days and feedback sessions Review and screen CVs to ensure candidates meet our minimum requirements Use the internal recruitment system to manage open roles, monitor candidate pipelines, assign competency scorecards, and track hiring progress Profile Qualifications & Skills: A strong academic record is essential, including a minimum 2:1 degree in an academic discipline, and A-Level results at AAB or equivalent Relevant recruitment administration experience, ideally within a corporate environment Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively Collaborative and confident, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Job Offer Why Join Us?
