Our client is a fast-growing and ambitious company in the telecommunications sector, providing high-quality products and services to their customers. They are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join their team.
Package
* £24,000 basic salary
* Uncapped commission: Earn 100% of the first month’s service charge per deal closed (£30–£1,000, average £30–£300).
* Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm (37-hour week).
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

* Work from home, with potential for occasional office days, so you must be within a commutable distance of Newquay.
Responsibilities
* Closing sales: Secure contracts with prospective clients by presenting tailored product and service solutions.
* Making outbound calls to potential customers.
* Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
* Qualifying leads, identifying sales opportunities, and fact-finding to ensure a strong fit for the business.
* Providing excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism, and adhering to company guidelines.
Requirements
* Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, business development, or lead generation is essential.
* Own laptop, headset, and a reliable internet connection are required for remote work.
* Confidence in a target-driven environment, with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
* Independent, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a remote working setup.
* Committed, reliable, and enthusiastic about building a long-term career in sales.
