We are growing our engineering team at Trustpilot and are looking to welcome a Senior Software Engineer into the Business Experience team. About the team: The Business Experience team owns several parts of the B2B Web App (used by Businesses to manage their Trustpilot reputation) including the main platform architecture. They are currently working on our new generation of flexible web widgets which allow businesses to showcase Trustpilot metrics on their website, with AI powered review highlights. In Q2 we are picking up a brand new project which will provide Data Insights on our 10 million reviews and help new customers analyse & compare specific companies against their industry competitors. This product will be a key release in our new suite of products focussed on finding new revenue streams for our data. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to spearhead the development of our products. You'll be instrumental in the technical direction of projects, from initial concept to final deployment and ongoing maintenance. Your expertise will help guide architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and mentor fellow engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation. To ensure we deliver products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, our team collaborates closely with other departments, including product management, data science, data analytics, sales, and customer support. This close collaboration allows us to thoroughly understand customer needs and gather accurate requirements.
