Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons tailored to the needs of SEMH students.
Develop and implement individualised learning plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to support holistic student development.
Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
Previous experience working with children, preferably in an SEMH or SEN setting.
A genuine passion for physical education and student well-being.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Resilience, patience, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
