The role focuses on providing reactive maintenance as required, supporting our Production site and Distribution Depot, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance. With a strong mechanical bias, this position demands effective problem-solving and fault-finding skills, alongside the ability to take initiative in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to breakdowns and perform reactive maintenance. Repair and test mechanical plant equipment. Fault-find and resolve technical issues. Carry out planned preventative maintenance across the Tewkesbury site. Adhere to and adapt maintenance schedules, liaising with the Engineering Manager. Important Note: This is a physically active role and requires manual handling. Desired Skills Experience of high-speed machinery, ideally in the dairy or food production industry.
