Key Responsibilities:
With the help and support of colleagues, work on a broad range of job vacancies in the industry using various methods to identify, interview and place candidates with client organisations.
Target prospective clients and carry out focused sales activities to make them aware of our services and secure the opportunity to work on available vacancies.
Backed up by advertised campaigns, search and select the best candidates to fill vacancies.
Use relationship building skills to develop relationships with existing and new clients to help ensure that you are their first port of call for new work instructions.
Meet with both clients and candidates to better understand their ambitions and challenges and to be able to sell one to the other.
