Overview: We have a fantastic opportunity available to join us an apprentice. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts and related documents using Microsoft 365 package, Word and Outlook, maintaining accurate records of contracts, amendments, and renewals in and the company's document management systems. Support in tracking contract deliverables and deadlines using Microsoft Excel and become system expert in BigChange software to support Job Planning & Coordination assisting in creating detailed job plans, schedules, and timelines for projects. Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or delays using BigChange. Prepare and distribute reports, updates, and summaries for stakeholders using Microsoft Excel and Word as well as responding to queries related to contracts and project planning through Microsoft Outlook and BigChange. Finance: Assist in creating purchase orders and assigning them to appropriate jobs/projects using Xero. Support the Finance Team in processing supplier and customer invoices using Hubdoc as a Xero as a super user. accuracy across systems like Xero, Hubdoc, and Microsoft Excel. Learning and Development: Work towards completing relevant qualifications or certifications as part of the apprenticeship program. What we are looking for: Attention to detail Organisation: Strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues Teamwork: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team IT Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good numeracy skills Interest in contract management, project coordination, or job planning. Previous experience in an administrative or planning role (preferred but not required) Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum, depending on experience.
