Exciting times at The Imperial Hotel Tenby! We are preparing to launch our beautiful fully refurbished hotel; we are looking for people to join our team as we embark on our exciting journey.
Our experienced kitchen leadership team are looking for a Chef de Partie. This opportunity is for someone who wants to be part of something great, whether vastly experienced or someone who is developing and wants to grow skills with guidance from the brigade. The team at the Imperial are thriving with a brand new fully equipped kitchen in our newly reopened hotel that has undergone extensive refurbishment.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate Chef De Partie or Demi Chef who has a real passion for food, flavours, and presentation with good experience and who wants to develop in a rosette kitchen in a wonderful property with an excellent reputation. The opportunity as a Chef De Partie as part of a passionate team working with quality ingredients locally sourced delivering freshly made food, is unique as you can develop your skills and share your skills to develop some exceptional junior colleagues.
Our Chef Brigade have passion and commitment to quality, show teamwork to run the kitchen and support the preparation & production of food to the established high standards with the autonomy to share vision and experience to deliver quality dishes.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with the hotel’s standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficiency and excellence in service.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a cook or chef in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices (e.g., HACCP certification preferred).
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* A passion for food and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
