Within this customer service focused role you will be the first point of contact for policyholders, working collaboratively with other teams to ensure a smooth claims process.
With your background in customer service or call handling, you will know that good communication is key, and within this role you will use your attention to detail and problem solving skills to help you provide the best service to our clients and policyholders.
Location: Taunton TA1
Salary: £22,500pa - £25,000pa DOE
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am to 8pm, core hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm. Some Saturdays on a rota basis and occasionally a bank holiday.
What you will be doing:
1. To effectively and efficiently key on claims and establish first contact with policyholders.
2. To ensure all phone calls are answered in a timely manner.
3. To ensure all complaints received are recorded accurately.
4. Communication is issued with any relevant reporting to client.
5. To pursue surveyors to ensure their compliance with company SLAs.
6. To complete second call tasks and review claims that are on hold.
What we need from you:
1. Previous customer service/call handling experience.
2. Competent using multiple software systems.
3. Cert CII desirable but not essential.
