Role: Team Leader
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Working hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs pw)
Location: BS10 & BS37 (must have a car to travel between Centres)

Inspire and motivate a high-performing team! As a Team Leader, you'll oversee a group of 6-12 advisors, trainers, and consultants, helping jobseekers find employment. Along with managing your team, you may also handle your own caseload, depending on contract needs. Your role includes boosting team performance, coaching for success, resolving challenges, and ensuring top-notch quality and results. You'll drive key partnerships, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with programme guidelines while maintaining a high standard of service. What youll do
* Qualitative observations of team member service delivery and provision of relevant feedback
* Mentoring new and experienced staff, coaching for performance and instruction as required
* Utilise Management Information tools to monitor performance, trends, and best practice
* Plan and ensure that Outreach and liaison with referral sources occurs to ensure sufficient throughput of new customers
* Complete set reports for Job Centre Plus (JCP), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) and Local Authorities as necessary both ad hoc and on a regular basis as defined by fundholder account management
* Prepare and deliver presentations at partner, stakeholder, and community events.
What youll need
* Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
* Experience of sales management including the supervision of an individuals'/teams delivery and/or output (minimum 6 months experience)
* Experience of people management including supporting, mentoring, and coaching and developing an individual
* Educational attainment of either a degree or equivalent or alternatively A-Level or equivalent attainment plus at least 2 years of high-quality line management experience in a target orientated business environment
* IEP L2 Sector Introduction is desirable
* Personal interests regarding interest in career and self-development
* Full UK driving license as role requires travel.
Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
