Salary Package: £50,000 to £54,000 + Bonus, Overtime and Package - £55K+ OTE

Key Responsibilities - Electrical Bias Shift Engineer
1. Service, adjust and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools in a safe manner.
2. Examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements.
3. Carry out Planned and Preventative Maintenance to agreed schedules.
4. Share good ideas to form mini projects to improve plant performance.
Qualifications & Requirements - Electrical Bias Shift Engineer
1. Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance or similar.
2. HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3. Equivalent qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with a manufacturing background.
4. Manufacturing industry experience is ideal.
