Our Support Services are always on hand to offer advice and guidance to colleagues across our business. Our Central Operations team are a part of this and now, we're seeking a Central Operations Co-ordinator who will be responsible for ensuring clear and consistent business-wide communications that support our trading areas. In this role, you'll manage the distribution of key operational messages, ensuring they reach the relevant teams on time and with accuracy. You'll also implement structured processes for internal communications, assist with procedural updates and maintain adherence to compliance regulations. Working closely with internal teams, you will support audits, compliance reporting and help track progress on operational projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Your role will also involve supporting process improvements, optimising workflows and driving operational excellence. You’ll assist with change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes. Additionally, you will manage meetings, including preparing agendas, tracking follow-up actions and ensuring efficient execution. INDMP About You We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You should have excellent attention to detail, particularly when drafting, reviewing and maintaining structured communications. A proactive mindset is essential, as you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and identify operational issues before they arise. You should also have strong communication skills to ensure clarity and alignment across teams. While previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided. A solid understanding of policies, regulations and industry standards will help you maintain operational integrity, and your ability to work well within a team will support the success of all projects.
