Job responsibilities Be competent as appropriate to the requirement of the role. Demonstrate at all times the Values of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Be a registered nurse within the 0-19 Children and Young Persons Health and Wellbeing Service and have a professional and clinical knowledge of their discipline. They will be responsible for a defined population of service users in a variety of settings across the Trust including the community and hospitals. Be skilled in the assessment of care and support needs and in the development, implementation and evaluation of care and support packages. Have supervisory responsibilities as required (e.g. work allocation) and may have some responsibility for service developments. To deliver delegated aspects of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme, ensuring key objectives and outcomes are achieved. The ability to use and undertake training regarding electronic based IT platforms including electronic patient records, including Rio and in the future the E- Red Book, Patient Knows Best. The post may at times require working between several health clinics in a local area as per needs of the service.
