Execute key processes that provide stakeholders with relevant information and ensures compliance with controls. Role responsibilities: Provide analysis to support decision making across the sales team, with specific responsibility for the channels team. Support the channels account managers with tender pricing for current and new customers across all products Produce and present customer forecast reporting with supporting analysis (week 4 packs) Review, approve and process promotional spend forms in line with brand guidelines. Approve promotional invoices and reconcile accounts each period. Ensure customer rebates are set up and utilised in line with contractual agreements. Approve invoices and reconcile accounts each period. Play a role in completing period end reporting and analysis. Including processing journals, updating balances and sending out reports. Key person in ensuring data is accurate in providing details of sales and calculating margin share. Maintain product costs in BI and complete missing rates within the system. Play a crucial role in rolling out updated standard costings into BI at the end of each financial year. Become a system expert of the BI system and roll out training to new users. Reporting of deal form process adherence. Support the Commercial Finance Business Partner on project work Person Specification CIMA/ACCA active studier Finance Graduate with sandwich year in relevant Experience in working with FMCG is desired, but not essential. Has sound analytical ability with a high level of self-motivation and inquisitiveness. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with teams/stakeholders. Genuine interest in business and finance, wanting to study for professional accountancy qualification.
