Grafton Banks Finance is assisting an exciting, growing business based in Crawley, which is seeking a Finance Administrator for an initial 3-month temporary contract. This role will support the finance department with various data entry and administrative tasks. Responsibilities may include: Processing high volumes of financial data Raising ad-hoc invoices Inputting invoices, uploading them into the finance system, and ensuring proper coding and matching Handling ad-hoc payments Recording and inputting all receipts Reviewing invoices daily to ensure accuracy Liaising with customers regarding payment queries The successful candidate will: Be able to commute to the Crawley office on a hybrid basis, working 3 days per week (on set days) Have strong administration or data entry experience Be potentially seeking their first role in finance (finance/accountancy graduate or AAT student) Have excellent communication skills This role will offer hybrid working, with three set days in office and 2 days working from home.
