Your tasks.
* Manage and update employee profiles and CVs for all staff in APAC including any CVs provided by Delivery Partners, ensuring timely and accurate reflection of project experience.
* Format and enhance employee CVs to highlight relevant experience for specific project requirements.
* Assist our Staffing Manager and account teams in staffing suitable employees for projects by coordinating and scheduling of interviews with candidates.
* Set up accounts and access rights for project team members.
* Centralize and manage the uploading of all legally binding documents into our internal system for record.
* Ensure proper handling and storage of all contract documents.
* Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
* Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures and support project teams where possible.
