Finance Administrator Position
We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join an aspiring company based in Dewsbury. This role is ideal for individuals with some previous accounts experience, particularly in credit control, sales, and purchase ledgers.
Responsibilities
* Review and post customer credit notes
* Accurately allocate cash to customer accounts
* Chase overdue invoices in a timely manner
* Manage petty cash
* Reconcile credit card statements
* Support the Company Accountant with general finance duties
* Handle general telephone queries
Candidate Skills and Requirements
* Self-motivated and well-organized with high attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Sales or customer service experience
* Ability to work effectively in a team
Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is dependent on experience.
