* Bring out the best in estate agency staff by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
* Ensure staff are suitability trained to conduct role
* Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
* Ensure full and proper implementation of and adherence to Firm Policies and Procedures
* Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions
* Share knowledge with other branches and Area Manager/Estate Agency Director on effective practices, market trends, competitor activity, business opportunities and needs
* Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and Firm
* Assist with preparation of budgets
* Monitor expenditure/cost controlling
* Managing supplier relationships and escalating any issues
* Setting daily schedules for the team/managing workloads
* Assist with recruitment
* Develop solutions for problems that arise
