Experienced Wills & LPA Lawyer required for an in-house role based in Suffolk. If you have STEP and 5 years experience in this area of law along with managing and developing a team we would be delighted to hear from you. The key areas of responsibility include:
1. Overseeing and dealing with all aspects of the will writing and power of attorney services.
2. All matters in connection with estate administration.
3. Assisting with the training and development of junior members of the Team.
4. Providing technical help and support to other areas of the business.
