As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products, and services alongside your incredible customer service skills to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
Our business
Based in Faversham, our store is small but busy. We are close to the train station, and there is off-road parking a short walk away.

We have a wonderful team of 15 dedicated people in our store ready and waiting for you to meet.

What we’re looking for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:
1. Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
2. Experience in optics or Audiology business
3. Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
