We are looking for a UX Designer to join the Frontier team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is fully homebased. Strong skills in user research and data-driven design Proficiency with prototyping tools like Figma and Miro Experience of responsive design across mobile, tablet and desktop Experience with planning and facilitating user research Familiarity with design systems to maintain consistency across products Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with Product Owners, stakeholders, and developers Experience facilitating Design Thinking workshops Excellent problem-solving ability Able to demonstrate critical thinking Able to focus across multiple tasks in a diverse environment Experience working in an agile environment A customer-first mindset, with a commitment to designing user-centred solutions A strong understanding of Accessibility guidelines and how they impact designs Your Role As a UX Designer your role will involve: Leading the UX process from problem identification to high-fidelity prototypes. Planning and conducting user research and testing to create user-centred designs. Using research and data to design, guide, and refine solutions that meet customer and business needs. Collaborating with the UX Team to ensure the Design System is kept up to date and with reliable and consistent components. Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand challenges, set expectations, and manage timelines. Keeping stakeholders informed by sharing work clearly throughout the design process. Building strong business relationships, working closely with teams and providing updates. Facilitating workshops to collaboratively solve challenges and create solutions. Supporting Product Owners and Development teams in aligning designs with business goals.
