My client based near Tonbridge is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join its well-established team.
Key Duties
1. Dealing with customers face to face, via telephone and email
2. Inputting information on database
3. Booking in appointments for customers
4. Ordering parts and accessories
5. Dealing with questions and issues
6. Chasing orders
7. Diary management
Experience Required
1. Previous experience in a similar customer service-based role
2. Good communication skills
3. Ability to work in a pressured environment
4. Ability to deal with customers professionally face to face, via telephone, and email
5. Good IT skills - ideally knowledge of relevant software
6. An eye for detail
