Facilities Co-Ordinator Permanent Up to 27 hours per week Nightingale House Hospice, Wrexham Salary £27,416.03 FTE We are currently seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator to join our small dynamic team here at the Hospice. A proactive approach to support each and every department, so they can deliver excellent services to our patients. Nightingale House Hospice provides high quality palliative and end of life care to a significant and growing number of people living with a life limiting illness in Northeast Wales and beyond. Whilst this is primarily an administration role within the facilities department, there will be a small number of diverse and practical maintenance jobs to support our maintenance team, allowing us to ensure compliance with the health and safety of the building. The role of facilities coordinator ( 85% Administrative duties, 15% Low level preventative checks, training will be provided). Producing purchase orders, recording details and costs Receiving calls and face to face requests for facilities support tasks Producing and managing access control cards and requests Logging and monitoring IT requests via 3 rd party portal and telephone/email Maintaining records and safety certificates Update all health and safety boards Assist with fire drills Record and update contract and suppliers information General administration tasks to assist with the day to day running of the department. We are looking for Someone who has good written and face to face communication skills, essential Microsoft office experience (Word/ Excel). We are looking for someone who is approachable and friendly with a proactive approach and an eye for detail.
