HR Administrator / PA

Full time 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri

As their HR Office Administrator / PA, you'll be at the heart of their operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From managing recruitment campaigns, to supporting the Senior Management team with Ofsted and CQC compliance, you'll play a vital role in their success. Acting as PA for the Directors, you'll have a hand in every aspect of the business, from HR to finance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer the HR function from placing adverts to onboarding.
2. Provide PA support to the Directors.
3. Coordinate administrative functions effectively.
4. Maintain efficient office operations.
5. Manage communications and correspondence.
6. Organise meetings and appointments.
