An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Clerical Officer within Clinical Imaging at Royal Cornwall Hospital, providing an efficient Imaging booking service for the Trust. Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role will be to assign appointments for all Clinical Imaging modalities and be the point of contact for patient cancellations, telephone enquiries and any other duties relating to the booking process. Other duties will include reception and general administration duties.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential. You will also need to be flexible with a willingness to work rostered evenings and weekends, have an appreciation of the confidential nature of the work, and be able to manage a workload to meet pre-determined targets.
