The role…
As General Manager of Kings Arms Hotel, you will have a minimum of 2 years senior management experience gained from small boutique hotels, quality, high end restaurants and bars, or coaching inns and have experience of working with rooms, M&E (ideally weddings), working within budget guidelines, responsibility for the entire business with a strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs. As General Manager you will also have excellent leadership skills, food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to train, motivate and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
