If so, our client is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for a highly successful, ever-growing property management and consultancy firm based in Central London who are looking for an experienced professional to join their team on a permanent basis.
They are ideally looking to recruit a Credit Controller who has at least 3 years’ experience specialising in this particular function, who possesses previous experience within the real estate sector, strong communication and organisational skills and a significant interest in working within residential/commercial property management.
They are offering a competitive salary up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience, as well as a wide range of excellent benefits including private healthcare, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, a clear route for progression and more!
What you will do:
1. Solely responsible for a high-volume ledger of accounts.
2. Chasing debt via telephone and email through to resolution.
3. Reducing the aged debt.
4. Providing various levels of reporting on Credit Control matters.
5. Comfortable with escalating matters and comfortable dealing with Bailiffs and Legal Reps.
6. Managing any inbound/outbound emails and queries.
7. Working to clients preferred methods and processes.
8. Strong query management, both internal and external.
What you will need:
9. Previous experience within Credit Control (3+ years)
10. Prior experience within real estate/property (preferred)
11. Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
12. Solid organisational skills.
13. Team player who can also work on own initiative.
