What will you be doing?
* Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for the management of all engineering and maintenance operations within Uncommon working across all 5 sites
* Support the project management of High Holborn spaces
* Manage and direct the daily activities of the Uncommon maintenance team and contractors
* Provide an exceptional experience for our members, ensuring their spaces remain immaculate
* Have a focus on our sustainability and ESG commitment
* Ensure the effective operation of all the mechanical and electrical systems and equipment by implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program
* Ensure all our buildings remain safe and compliant with all required standards
What can Uncommon give you?
* Salary of £50,000 per annum
* Consistent work schedule, working predominantly Monday - Friday
