Job Description
As a Cloud Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple Enterprise Cloud SaaS applications, complex integrations, and reporting solutions. You will have a strong understanding of Enterprise Cloud SaaS solutions like Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, Supply Chain, CRM and be able to manage cloud service SLAs.
You will lead discussions with confidence, directing and guiding teams towards continuous improvement of Enterprise Applications like Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM, reporting, planning, and budgeting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the delivery of high-quality application support and maintenance services to customers by taking personal accountability for service management and demonstrating clear leadership and strategic direction.
* Being a visible, engaged, and active leader who creates an open and honest culture.
* Directing service operations to provide a high-quality service that is tailored to the needs of the customer.
* Working with internal, customer, and third-party stakeholders to build relationships and enhance business value provided through IT Services.
* Providing a clear view of service health through effective reporting of SLAs & KPIs.
* Setting the vision for local delivery resources, assuring team cohesion/performance, and developing capability/skills as required.
* Measuring customer satisfaction and driving continual service improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification (Intermediate or higher desirable).
* Experience with Oracle projects.
* 5+ years' experience in similar IT leadership roles preferably in Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/EPM projects.
* Knowledge on any cloud support projects will be an added advantage.
* Proven experience in building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Familiarity with ITSM tooling.
* A strong track record in leading application support and maintenance engagements.
