One of our partnership SEN schools in Stockport are looking for passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.
The school has fantastic facilities and focuses on a child centred approach to give every child the best opportunity to succeed.
In this role as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and creative activities
- Support children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Create a safe and fun learning environment for children to reach their full potential.
- Record Assessment of children's learning and development
The school are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant who has:
- Experience working with SEN children in a school/care environment.
- A calm and positive attitude and personality.
- The ability to form good relationships with children and staff.
- Personal care, moving and handling and BSL experience is desirable.
- Full time availability within school hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
