In this role, you will design, implement, and support advanced audio-visual solutions for meeting rooms and event spaces as part of a wider information technology support team. You'll ensure seamless integration of AV technologies, provide technical support, and collaborate with clients and team members. You'll also work closely with office fit-out teams, manage vendor relationships, and proactively solve technical issues. The Role: Design, implement, and support AV solutions for meeting rooms and event spaces. Integrate and configure technologies like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Yealink, Logitech, and video walls. Conduct site surveys and recommend appropriate equipment and configurations. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Collaborate with office fit-out teams and provide on-site support during events. Maintain and update AV documentation. The Person: Extensive experience in designing and supporting AV solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. Experience with Yealink and Logitech hardware. Strong technical skills in AV system integration and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Certification in AV technologies (e.g., CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I) is a plus.
