Here’s what makes you shine: Experience: Must have a solid background in Health & Social Care, ideally as a live-in carer. Driver's License: A must-have due to Norfolk’s scenic, yet sprawling nature. Work Schedule: Able to work one week on, one week off. Training Enthusiasm: Keen to attend training sessions, both in-person and online in Norfolk. Cooking Skills: Capable of creating heartwarming homemade meals. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital devices for care documentation. Communication: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. References: Provide glowing references from similar roles. Sense of Humour: Ability to share a laugh and brighten a day.
