We are looking for a motivated and capable deputy site manager to support the site manager in managing the day to day operation. We have vacancies at two of our GP Practices, Kidderminster Medical Centre and Hagley Surgery. Both practices are part of the Wyre Forest Health Partnership, a group of five Primary Care Practices working together to deliver Primary Care in the Wyre Forest Area. Main duties of the job Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the site and to provide leadership and guidance to the administrative and support staff. Lead the site when the Site Manager is absent. To deliver day to day employee management activities as required or delegated by the site manager. To deliver an outstanding patient experience To support the site manager in delivering the profitability of the site, driving great results and performance to an outstanding standard.
