To communicate effectively with internal and external users/stakeholders/suppliers to understand and manage requirements and expectations. To identify opportunities for efficiency and automation within existing data architecture. To gather user requirements via interviews, meetings, workshops and written submissions for insurance related systems including data modelling, requirements specification, Data analysis and design, system specifications, develop business analysis and design standards as required. Key facts: Hybrid-working pattern: Home working blended with at least 1 day per week working at the NPA’S Head Office, just outside of London. Availability: Immediate or very short notice The candidate Your key attributes: Ability to produce regulatory and governance data reports to specified format and timescales. Capacity to analyse insurance data to provide proactive information and recommendations to the business. Capability of managing insurance bordereaux templates and data insertion to Data Warehouse for downstream reporting and analysis. Competence in the development and maintenance of Microsoft Power BI Dashboards, ensuring data is accurate and fit for purpose. Able to review insurance pricing models, ensure insurance compliance and governance reporting requirements such as ELTO, FLOODRE, POOLRE reports are completed within specific timeframes. Strong understanding of SQL Knowledge and experience of ETL processes, tools and methodology Proficiency in visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Qlik or Tableau Advanced knowledge of MS office (including VBA, Power Query etc.) The organisation The National Pharmacy Association is the representative body for the independent community pharmacy sector across the four nations of the UK and the provider of support, services and activities to community pharmacies and their teams.
