We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, teacher work with in our growing SEN school to deliver lessons up to and including GCSE. We offer class sizes of 6 or less with additional support, a real focus on relationships, classroom craft and a great outcomes. The children are generally able but with gaps caused by anxiety based non attendance. We would consider part time for the right candidate.
Stone Lodge Therapeutic School is an expanding independent SEN school for children aged 11-17 with high functioning ASD and SEMH. It is currently rated "Outstanding" in two areas and "Good" in two others. Our ethos is rooted in our 3 values of care, understanding and ambition which apply to both staff and pupils. Our approach to supporting children is underpinned by therapeutic principles and approaches including PACE.

Special school or secondary experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn is.
Full training will be given and the school will be very supportive of ambitious staff who wish to progress.
