Job Title: Safe Guarding, Incidents & Complaint Manager Location: Remote Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience Key Purpose of the Role To support the Head of Safeguarding, Incidents and Complaints to ensure the people we support are not subject to any of the types of abuse that safeguarding is designed to prevent. To support the organisation to effectively handle and learn from concerns, incidents, complaints, complements and whistleblowing events so in the future similar events are prevented. Essential Criteria To thrive in this role, you must have: Qualifications: Knowledge of quality assurance systems (e.g., ISO9001). Proof of ongoing professional development. Health and social care qualification (preferred). Minimum safeguarding training at level 3. Experience: Strong background in ensuring quality outcomes in health and social care. Proven ability to implement evidence-based practices. Skilled in managing and improving processes. Experience building relationships across organizations. Leadership in driving change and innovation with other agencies. Developing/delivering training on quality and CQC practices. Running quality improvement sessions. Handling investigations and embedding lessons learned. Managing complaints effectively.
