Leading large teams of chefs through service and reporting to senior management. Your role will be to train, motivate and monitor high standards and support the head chef. You will cover head chefs while away and be responsible for paperwork back of house as well, including stock take and ordering.This is a growing group with ambition for more sites so this could develop into a bigger role in the future.
