Salary within the range of £43,257 to £49,836 per annum*
*Bar at salary point 2 & 4. Progression beyond the bar requires an application process against eligibility criteria
We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and innovative manager to join our team as the Head of Learning and Teaching Development.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that our teachers have the skills, knowledge, and support needed to deliver an exceptional learning experience. You will support the Director of Quality, Teacher Development and Student Progress to shape a culture of continuous improvement, lead transformative professional learning programmes and empower teachers to achieve their full potential.
