The Role – IT Support Technician
Based at our Head Office in Northampton, you will be our IT Support Technician providing telephone, email, MS Teams and in-person IT support to 300 end users.
The successful candidate will require experience and knowledge of:
1. Windows OS (Server and Desktop)
2. Android
3. MDM (Mobile Device Management)
4. Gamma Horizon or other cloud-based telephony
5. LindAX (Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0) or other ERP system
6. Microsoft Office and HP/Canon Printers
