Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of debt status and actions taken. Respond promptly and effectively to client queries and issues related to outstanding payments. Negotiate payment plans and terms in alignment with company policy. Work closely with the finance team to forecast cash flow and highlight potential issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the credit control process.
