Salary: £150 - £251 per day (based on experience and pay scales)
Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Fully Qualified Maths Teacher to join a successful and good Ofsted secondary school in the Wirral for an immediate start. This is a full-time, long-term position, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
* Plan, prepare, and assess students' work in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student achievement.
Requirements:
* Must hold UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Previous experience teaching Maths at secondary level is essential.
* Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for teaching Maths and supporting student development.
* Enhanced DBS certificate and on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
